1. Light weight: Our fabric utilizes polypropylene resin as its primary raw material, boasting a density of merely 0.9. This means it's only three-fifths the weight of cotton, ensuring a fluffy texture and delightful feel.
2. Softness: Crafted from fine fibers (2-3D) using a light point hot melt bonding process, the result is a fabric with moderate softness and exceptional comfort.
3. Drainage and breathability: Thanks to the non-absorbent nature of polypropylene chips, our fabric has zero water retention. The water transfer rate is excellent, and being made of 100% porous fibers, it offers superb air permeability, keeping the surface dry and easy to clean.
4. Non-toxic and non-irritating: Manufactured from food-grade raw materials in compliance with FDA standards, our product is free from harmful chemicals. It is stable, non-toxic, odorless, and gentle on the skin.
5. Antibacterial and anti-chemical agents: Polypropylene, being chemically inert, resists moth damage and effectively isolates bacteria and insects in liquids. It is antibacterial, resists alkali corrosion, and maintains its strength even under harsh conditions.
